As a self admitted perfectionist, I will only sell products that have been tried & tested. This is to ensure that we are making you products that will genuinely stand up to the physical environment that we live in! If our products do not meet our standards (and a number haven't), then we simply do not offer them for sale. Giggle'n'Groove only use top quality Gold filled, Sterling silver & Bali Sterling silver components, Swarovski crystals & pearls, glass beads &/or individually handmade polymer clay beads in our jewellery. Our jewellery is strung on stainless steel wire or sterling silver chain. This is to ensure that our pieces of jewellery are of the highest standard & quality available.The bows are all constructed using grosgrain, satin &/or organza ribbon and all ends are professionally heat sealed to prevent fraying.

I do try very hard to get your orders out within 14 days from the time your order is received.
However it is not always possible, & I will inform you either by my 'News' section if there are delays or a waiting list. Alternatively I will contact you when your order is received.

While all of our pieces are carefully constructed, please supervise children under 3 when wearing our items.
